With a background in recruiting, we employ rigorous search techniques for all positions.  We focus on a specific industry which enables us to become intimately familiar with the field, the market and the most qualified and passive candidates. We don't run ads for positions, garden the Internet, or interview every candidate who contacts us for jobs. We rely on user groups and referrals.
